1. Deposits and Setup Fees
Most projects require an upfront deposit (typically 50%) to secure scheduling and initiate the discovery and design phases. This deposit is non-refundable once research, wireframing, or design work has commenced. This covers the administrative and planning resources allocated to your project.
2. Completed Work
Payments made for completed milestones, final design deliveries, or website launches are non-refundable. Once digital assets, code, or configurations are delivered to the client, the service is considered fully rendered.
3. Project Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project agreement by providing written notice. In the event of client-initiated cancellation:
- You will be invoiced for all hours worked or milestones completed up to the date of termination.
- Any deposits already paid will be applied toward the final invoice.
- Upon payment of the outstanding balance, ownership of any completed work or assets will be transferred to you.
4. Digital Service Limitations
As a digital agency, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as exact sales numbers or search engine rankings), though we do guarantee technical performance metrics (such as page speed scores) as specified in your Project Agreement. Refund requests based on subjective design preferences or post-launch business performance will not be honored.
