You agree to provide all necessary assets, content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing required information may extend project timelines. You are responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the custom designs and codebase developed specifically for your project will be transferred to you. Pagefix.shop retains ownership of any pre-existing code, tools, templates, or methodologies used during the project.
6. Portfolio Usage Rights
We reserve the right to showcase completed designs, screenshots, and case studies of your project in our agency portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pagefix.shop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business interruption.
8. Third-Party Integrations
We may integrate third-party services, APIs, CMS platforms (like Webflow or Shopify), or hosting providers into your project. Pagefix.shop is not responsible for the performance, uptime, or policy changes of these third-party platforms.
